The 2026 Volunteer Festival, hosted by Volunteer Sedona & the Verde Valley (VSVV), is a six-day community celebration of volunteerism and unity.


From Wednesday through Monday, residents and visitors will come together to support many local nonprofits, beautify parks and trails, and participate in creative projects that strengthen our communities and lift spirits across the Verde Valley.

What to Expect

  • What: Up to 4 volunteer activities Wednesday - Monday, including the annual Friends of the Verde River event on Monday. 
  • Where: Events will take place throughout Sedona and the Verde Valley.
  • When: Flexible opportunities – one-hour, half-day, or full-day service options
  • Who: Perfect for individuals, families, visitors, and groups, corporate team building, and school service.
  • More: Events and organizations now being finalized.

Building on a Powerful Beginning

In 2025, our Weekend of Service brought together dozens of volunteers and nonprofit partners to clean parks, create blankets for families in need, and support community projects across the region.


In 2026, we’re expanding that success into a six-day Volunteer Festival — a region-wide celebration uniting residents, visitors, and organizations in shared purpose and service.
