What's the Process?

Step 1

Brainstorm - Get creative and come up with a 2–3.5 hour activity that volunteers can take part in to help move your organization’s mission forward.

Step 2

Share your date and time preferences by selecting from the options below so we can find the best fit for you.

Step 3

Calendar opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with up to 4 activities scheduled each day. We encourage you to sign up early to secure your preferred time!

Step 4

Promotion:  The event will be shared across the community through VSVV, local chambers, the City of Sedona, social media, print and radio, newsletters, and sponsors to be announced—help us spread the word and celebrate service!
