Northern Arizona Restorative Justice

Organization Overview

Northern Arizona Restorative Justice (NARJ) provides restorative services, training, and consultation to youth, adults, families, and the broader community.  Founded in 2005, NARJ is Northern Arizona’s first and only community-based restorative justice provider. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with schools, families, probation programs, detention centers, and community organizations to address harm through healing—not punishment.

Through restorative circles, facilitator trainings, and programming rooted in the 5 R’s—Relationship, Respect, Responsibility, Repair, and Reintegration—we empower individuals to take accountability, rebuild trust, and strengthen community.
