Organization Overview

Sedona’s Tools Empowering People   is a tool lending library run by volunteers at the Community Library Sedona, the heart of the community, where people gather, friendships are forged, lives are enriched, and ideas are cultivated.  STEP's tool lending reduces waste by putting seldom-used tools in the hands of community members for home reuse and repair projects. Tool lending is organized through an online platform.

Typical Volunteer Tasks

Check tools in and out for Patrons, tool evaluators, fixers and cleaners, digital techs, repair coaches, writers for STEP promotional copy, and innovators for ideas to improve STEP.
