Yavapai County Community Health Services - Medical Reserve Corps

Organization Overview

The Medical Reserve Corps is a national network of over 300,000 volunteers working to improve the health and safety of their communities. In Yavapai County, we welcome volunteers with both medical and non-medical backgrounds.

Typical Volunteer Tasks

Our volunteers are poised to help with hospital surge, patient screening, evacuation shelters, vaccinations, emergency phone banks for wildfires and floods, and community health education events. During COVID-19 our members helped with contact tracing, testing, data entry and a phone bank.
