- Greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries;
- Assisting with sign-ups for classes and events;
- General office tasks like filing, data entry, and making copies;
- Handling art sales or donation drives;
- Helping with setup/teardown, registration, ushering, or managing logistics for community events.
