Typical Volunteer Tasks: Volunteers will be requested for on scene assistance when requested by ACT dispatchers. Respond on-scene to fully focus on the emotional trauma, practical and resource needs of the family and/or individual in crisis while the police and fire personnel attend to law enforcement, and more.
